Inspired by the true interaction of New Life Mission’s CEO and a little girl, Butterflies Chase Me is more than just a movie—it’s a project dedicated to bringing unique awareness to the work, impact, and future of New Life Mission in the Space Coast community while exploring themes of faith, transformation, identity, homelessness, and motherhood.
It’s a heart-warming story of healing and new beginnings.
50% of Profits…
…donated to New Life Mission as unrestricted funds. These funds will support the continued mission to transform the lives of homeless women with children in a Christ-centered environment.
At New Life Mission’s four campuses in Melbourne, FL, each family receives safe shelter for up to two years and access to the resources they need to move their family from dependency to self-sufficiency, thereby breaking the cycle of homelessness for generations.

Become an Investor
If you’d like to be an investor in the project, we have setup an investment opportunity where you will share in any potential profits the film generates. This option is best for those wanting to be a part of the project and like the idea of being one of the investors helping to make it happen. Please know that film projects are high risk, so invest at your own risk.
Donate Through New Life Mission
New Life Mission can take donations that will be allocated directly to the film. This option is great for those that want to be a part of making the film happen, but would prefer a tax write-off vs an investment. The extra bonus is that anyone that contributes this way, increases the total amount New Life Mission earns back from the film profits.
Give Directly to the Project
Another option is to simply make a gift directly to the production company (Mendx Studios) to use in the production and creation of the film. This is a simple option with no tax write-off or investment benefits. You can do this online at the link below or write us a check! New Life Mission Film Info Session
We collaborated with New Life Mission on a really fun information session about the film at the Space Coast Creative Center! We had some great fellowship on top of sharing the story of how the concept for the film came to be and what we are creating. From the original inspiration based on an incredible moment Amy had with a little girl in a supermarket, to Mike writing the initial script to the timing of Amy reaching out just as Justin and I were feeling called to crate Christian films, the project has been an incredible journey already. It was an exciting time and we are grateful for all the support!
